Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Times and Rates
UK Shipping
- Method: Royal Mail Tracked
- Rate: £4.99
- Delivery Time: Usually guarantees next day delivery
International Shipping
- Method: Royal Mail International Tracked
- Rate: £9.99
- Delivery Time: Usually takes around 10 working days, but can sometimes take up to 15 business days

Handling Delays
While we strive to process orders promptly, there may be delays due to high order volumes or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at madi@greenfoxillustration.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Greenfoxillustration is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.

Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
